Celia I. Kaye, MD, PhD, and Trish Thomas
Celia I. Kaye, MD, PhD, is a clinical geneticist and educator with 40 years of experience caring for children with genetic disorders and educating physicians about genetics. She has developed and presented numerous educational conferences and lectures. She is currently a consultant for MSRGN. Patricia (Trish) Thomas, educates and /advocates on behalf of CSHCN at the local, state, regional, national and international level. Her work improves understanding of the needs of families with CSHCN from diverse, rural and frontier cultures. She has extensive experience overseeing diversity and outreach efforts for Family Voices. Her work has included technical assistance, and outreach and engagement to diverse and underserved populations; outreach to and training for community partners; F2FHIC's, SAO's, training of racial and ethnic individuals to read the federal Title V block grants and developing, and enhancing effective culturally and linguistic information and resources.
